Jiří became a fan of the financial markets while studying at university, when he made his first trades on the stock market. After some work experience, he started working as a financial markets analyst at XTB, focusing on commodities trading, led by oil and gold. Within a few years he broadened his interests to central banking, which played a pivotal role after the mortgage financial crisis. His current work includes fundamental and technical analysis of currency pairs, commodities, equities and stock indices. In thought, he has transformed himself from a staunch free-marketeer to a stubborn liberal.
